Collaborative. Creative. Aligned.

Model TFP Collaboration

Time exchanged for mutual growth

What is TFP?

Collaboration over compensation

TFP, short for Time for Photos, is a collaborative shoot where no money is exchanged. Instead, both the model and photographer contribute their time and creative effort in return for professionally edited images they can use to build or expand their portfolios. These sessions are focused on creativity, mutual benefit, and producing high-quality work we are both proud to share.

Who is TFP for?

For those seeking intentional collaboration

TFP sessions are intended for models and creatives who are actively building or refining their portfolios. This includes new models looking to gain experience, experienced models seeking updated images, and creatives with a clear concept or style in mind. TFP is a good fit if you are comfortable collaborating, showing up prepared, and treating the session with the same professionalism as a paid shoot. These sessions are for people who value quality imagery, clear communication, and mutual respect for each other’s time and work.

What's Included?

Each TFP session includes pre-shoot planning to align on concept, mood, location, and wardrobe, followed by one collaborative photo session focused on creating strong, portfolio-ready images. You will receive a curated selection of professionally edited, high-resolution photos delivered digitally, with color correction and retouching consistent with my editing style. Both the model and photographer are granted usage rights for portfolio and self-promotion purposes, with clear credit required when images are shared online or on social platforms.

Location

TFP sessions are typically held within the Charleston, South Carolina area and surrounding locations. Shoot locations are selected collaboratively based on the concept, lighting, and overall creative direction. Models are welcome to suggest ideas or locations, though final decisions are made with creative consistency and feasibility in mind. Long-distance or destination TFP sessions may be considered on a case-by-case basis if both parties agree to split travel-related costs in advance.

Usage & Image Rights

Images created during a TFP session may be used by both the model and photographer for portfolio purposes, self-promotion, and personal branding, including websites and social media. Commercial use, resale, or use by third parties is not permitted without prior written agreement. Images may not be altered, heavily filtered, or edited in a way that changes the original style without consent. Proper credit is required whenever images are shared publicly.
